WILMA SESTON

 Wilma grew up near Cape Town in South Africa freely playing in forests, on beaches and the rugged mountain slopes. She understands how layers of accumulated thoughts, emotions and inner stories impact and influence us, making us who we are.
Wondering ‘what insights lie beneath the surface', her brushstrokes dance across the canvas, alive with ever-evolving emotions to create visual conversations. Using mixed media, mark-making, colour layers and roughness versus serenity, she invites her audience to explore the intrigue of the ‘quietly hidden’ and join her to ’stop and smell the roses’.
Her work seeks to energise and uplift, by tapping into unique moments, to transfer insights and conversations into a dance of happy fulfilment.
